Job summary

Mosaic North America, representing SpaceX Starlink on campus, offers a part-time student role focused on sales, lead generation, and community outreach. You will conduct door-to-door conversations and guide customers through signup using their own phones, earning an hourly base plus commission.

Training and ongoing support are provided. You must be enrolled in school, able to work 15–25 hours weekly around classes, have a reliable vehicle and a valid license, and be 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and a smartphone.
• No prior sales experience required; students who are ambitious and coachable succeed.
• You are enrolled in school and can work 15–25 hours per week around classes.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned territory and plan routes using outreach tools.
• Engage customers with Door-to-Door outreach and explain Starlink offerings.
• Help with community events, partnerships, and campus activities when applicable.
• Log activity, sales, hours, and mileage in Mosaic's field app; in-person supervision via RM.
• Attend regular check-ins with Regional Sales Manager and refine approach.
