Job summary

Penn State Lady Lions is seeking motivated students for part-time roles (up to 20 hours/week) to support Northeast Regional LaunchBox operations across Hazleton and Scranton campuses. Flexible hours with some evening/weekend events will be required.

The roles focus on creating marketing materials, posting content on social media, updating LaunchBox websites, and assisting with event logistics and reporting to measure impact. Two openings for campus locations, reporting to the Regional Director.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and contribute as part of a team.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, and/or other design tools preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish and English) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials for LaunchBox programs and events using Canva and Adobe Express.
• Develop and post content on social media platforms.
• Maintain and update LaunchBox websites.
• Assist with data collection and reporting to track impact and engagement.
• Support event logistics and on-site coordination.
• Provide input for marketing and outreach to increase visibility on campus and in the community.
• Conduct client intake and report information to LaunchBox staff.
