Qualifications

  • Part-time schedule required (PART_TIME).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and understanding for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Familiarity with Jewish heritage and traditions (not required but a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one pull-outs for students in 5th through 8th grade from 2-5 pm, Monday through Thursday.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to address student learning gaps and goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and teachers.
