Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in career services, coaching, advising, human resources, recruiting, workforce development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual career coaching on exploration, resumes, cover letters, interviewing, networking, and job searches.
• Assist with planning and delivering career development workshops, classroom presentations, and events.
• Support administration by reviewing, posting, and maintaining job/internship listings.
• Collaborate with campus partners to support student engagement and career readiness.
