Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organizations without formal direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize UCSC's Strategic Playbook in partnership with school leadership.
• Conduct regular on-site check-ins with department heads.
• Provide guidance on building a long-term internal staffing structure.
