Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Magnolia, AR.

You will help organize merchandise flow, run opening/closing procedures, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a friendly, efficient environment for customers and associates. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to interpret directives.
• Experience in store management in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and maintain fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions.
