Job summary

Buckle in Appleton is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help deliver the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests. This part-time, on-site role focuses on greeting Guests, assisting with merchandise, and handling transactions at the POS.

You will work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends, contribute to maintaining a clean, organized store, and support the Operations Manager with merchandising and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Process guest transactions on POS and bag purchases.
• Keep updated on promos, policies, payments, exchanges, and security.
• Monitor security risks and theft prevention.
• Assist merchandising tasks, display setup, pricing and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics and policies.
• Deliver high guest service and support a positive team.
• Perform special projects as needed.
