Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Store Support Teammate for an on-site, part-time role in Baraboo, WI. You will help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests and support store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions at the POS, and staying informed on current promotions and policies. You will assist with merchandising tasks, maintain a clean store, and uphold Buckle’s Code of Ethics. Training and guidance provided as needed.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the Point of Sale (POS) software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in performing merchandising tasks, such as preparing displays, organizing fixtures and shelving, completing price markdowns, and transfers.
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
• Understand and apply Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all of Buckle’s policies, procedures, and handbooks.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of Guest service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
