Job summary

Jaxen Grey is seeking a Part-Time Store Support to help keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes and on the sales floor. You will support inventory processes, maintain organization across the store, and help ensure product is accessible, replenished, and ready for customers.

This role offers hands-on retail experience and exposure to store operations working with leadership, inventory teams, and sales stylists to support daily priorities in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and maintain visual and cleanliness standards.
• Return merchandise to proper locations and assist with floor organization.
• Assist sales team by locating product in backstock as needed.
• Support inventory processes, including ticketing, shipment processing, and maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom to support product flow.
• Replenish and prepare merchandise for the sales floor as needed.
• Support e-commerce and operational processes, including order picking and shipping preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, assisting at the register, and supporting fitting room operations.
