Job summary

Jaxen Grey, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Store Support to help keep our store running smoothly behind the scenes and on the sales floor. You’ll assist with inventory, organize spaces, and ensure products are accessible and replenished for customers.

This role offers hands-on retail experience and exposure to store operations. You will collaborate with store leadership, inventory teams, and sales stylists to support daily priorities and create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Restock merchandise and maintain display cleanliness.
• Return merchandise to proper locations and keep stockrooms organized.
• Assist sales team by locating product in backstock as needed.
• Support inventory processes, ticketing, shipments and accuracy checks.
• Provide excellent customer service at the register and on the floor.
• Assist with e-commerce and operational tasks, including order picking and transfers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Part-Time Store Support team member at Jaxen Grey, you'll play an important role in keeping the store running smoothly behind the scenes and on the sales floor. You'll support inventory processes, maintain organization across the store, and help ensure product is accessible, replenished, and ready for customers.

This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on retail experience and develop a strong understanding of store operations. You'll work closely with store leadership, inventory teams, and sales stylists to support daily priorities and contribute to an efficient, well-organized, and welcoming store environment.

• Support the sales floor by restocking merchandise and maintaining visual and cleanliness standards
• Return merchandise to proper locations and assist with overall floor organization
• Assist the sales team by locating product in backstock as needed
• Support inventory processes, including ticketing, shipment processing, and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom to support efficient product flow
• Replenish and prepare merchandise for the sales floor based on store needs
• Support e-commerce and operational processes, including order picking, shipping preparation, and transfers
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, assisting at the register, and supporting fitting room operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Professional phone and communication etiquette
• A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to support multiple areas of the store
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY...

• Flexible scheduling based on the needs of the business, typically ranging from approximately 8-20 hours per week
• Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability required (not every holiday, but coverage for certain holiday shifts is expected)
