Job summary

Jaxen Grey is seeking a Part-Time Store Support team member to help keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes and on the sales floor. You will support inventory processes, maintain organization, and ensure product is accessible and replenished for customers.

You'll work with store leadership, inventory teams, and sales stylists to support daily priorities and contribute to a well-organized, welcoming store environment. Flexibility is encouraged for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Restock merchandise and maintain visual and cleanliness standards.
• Return merchandise to proper locations and assist with floor organization.
• Assist sales team by locating product in backstock as needed.
• Support inventory processes, including ticketing, shipment processing, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom for efficient product flow.
• Replenish and prepare merchandise for the sales floor based on store needs.
• Support e-commerce and operational processes, including order picking, shipping preparation, and transfers.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, assisting at the register, and supporting fitting room operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY...

• Flexible scheduling based on the needs of the business, typically ranging from approximately 8-20 hours per week
• Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability required (not every holiday, but coverage for certain holiday shifts is expected)
