Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support store management and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and foster a positive environment for associates and customers.

You will supervise on shifts, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive sales while upholding company values and standards. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel retail or similar volume.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model to the team for customer experience and store standards.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and supervise in the Store Manager's absence.
