Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel or similar-volume retail preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May travel to other store locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Be a role model for customer experience and store standards.
• Execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
