Job summary

Brooks Brothers in Mashantucket, CT seeks a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team, deliver excellent customer experiences, and execute store operations. You will help maintain a visually appealing store and energize managers, associates, and customers daily.

You will learn product knowledge, engage customers, and act as a role model for the customer experience. The role includes performing POS duties, supervising in the absence of the Store Manager, and promoting Brooks Brothers

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume apparel (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistics.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs (evenings and weekends).
• May travel to other store locations if needed.

• Support management to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model for customer experience and team behavior.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising and operations.

• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it.
• Create a positive work environment with a professional attitude.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and supervise in the Store Manager's absence.
