Job summary

As a Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You will help execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store, while developing and engaging your managers, associates, and customers every day.

You will report to the Store Manager and bring energy to a winning team, with a positive, professional attitude and a flexible part-time schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a similar volume and apparel environment is preferred.
• Track record of exceeding sales and meeting metrics.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Be a role model for customer experience and store standards.
• Maintain merchandising and operational standards across the store.
• Execute supervisor tasks during shifts and step in for Store Manager when needed.
• Foster a positive, professional work environment and uphold company values.
