Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume apparel business is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling/operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Model company values for customer experience.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising and operations.
• Perform POS transactions on assigned shifts and supervise in Store Manager's absence.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive results.
