Job summary

Reebok Premium Outlets, Wrentham, MA, is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team in creating the best customer experience and delivering results. You will help execute store operations, maintain merchandising standards, and lead by example on customer service across shifts.

You will manage POS transactions, mentor team members, and uphold our core values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability and inclusivity in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.

• Support the management team to ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.
