Job summary

Reebok is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead the sales team on assigned shifts, maintain visual standards, and uphold company policies with energy and accountability.

You will coach associates on selling techniques, ensure accurate cash handling, and help manage daily operations, including shipments, pricing, and inventory. Prior retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience required; leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for athletic footwear, apparel, and the Reebok brand.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math, cash handling, and computer skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Drive sales through active selling, product knowledge, and effective customer engagement.
• Coach associates on selling behaviors, including building customer relationships, increasing UPT, ADS, and driving conversion.
• Promote current marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Supervise the sales floor during assigned shifts and motivate teams to hit targets.
• Provide real-time feedback and assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Open and close the store, manage cash handling, deposits, and daily operations.
