Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations issues per company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional/seasonal displays and inventory.
