Job summary

ClearHome Self Storage is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store / Property Manager to support daily operations across sales, customer service, and upkeep. You will assist the full-time Property Manager to help meet occupancy and revenue goals while delivering a positive guest experience.

This role offers hands-on experience in a growing nationwide company, with a base pay rate of $17 per hour plus monthly bonuses. Remote work is not available.

• Support daily operations and sales efforts alongside the Property Manager to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

• Assist customers, resolve issues, and apply conflict resolution for a positive experience.
• Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance; report issues to keep the facility safe and appealing.
• Support facility management to control expenses, increase revenue, and ensure efficient operations.
