Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Ann Arbor is seeking a part-time Retail Store Processor to sort, tag, price donated goods, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You’ll support meeting daily production goals, assist with loading and stocking, and learn retail operations through paid training and ongoing coaching from store leadership.

This role requires reliability, flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and basic math/computer skills.

Location: Ann Arbor MI Pay: $13.73 - $ 15.73 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 24 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
