Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist with store operations, customer service, and team development at our Indian Orchard location. You will support the Store Manager in daily functions, supervise associates, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, previous retail or grocery management experience, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in store management preferred in retail, grocery, or drug store.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates; ensure store standards.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and payroll/scheduling records.
