Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers courteously and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives related to store activities and track compliance.
• Maintain attractive store displays and fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged items, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Keep store areas well-stocked and organized, protecting assets including cash.
• Enforce policies, safety guidelines, and professional behavior.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
