Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a focus on positive, approachable interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising or training.Store Associates or teams is desirable.
• Knowledge of store operations and willingness to assist in multiple store functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stock and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store appearance.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Ensure the store and stockroom meet company standards.
• Protect company assets including cash.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
