Job summary

Kohl's in Grand Blanc, MI is seeking an associate to execute sales floor merchandising, pricing and recovery while delivering excellent customer service. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and help maintain a compelling shopping environment.

You’ll support pricing tasks, stock replenishment, and loss prevention, working with store teams to meet goals. Flexible days, nights, weekends and holidays are required.

• Execute store merchandising standards following merchandise and visual guidelines for product presentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift.
• Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
• Ability to comply with health and safety standards.
