Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail and Sales background preferred.
• Confidentiality: works with confidential information.
• Mental/Visual demands: normal mental and visual capabilities.
• Working conditions: schedule flexibility, fast-paced environment.
• Physical demands: stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop; lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Manage time, prioritize tasks and balance sales floor activity.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting and thanking guests.
• Use telephone etiquette when answering calls.
• Lift and move furniture and large merchandise with proper technique and equipment.
• Maintain the sales floor appearance and ensure safety program compliance.
• Help unload merchandise from transfer trucks and process items.
• Communicate daily with leadership about needs.
• Adapt to non-stop, sometimes intense workload while upholding the mission.
• Participate in store events as scheduled by Store Manager.
• Perform duties and take on additional responsibilities to ensure efficient store operations.
