Job summary

Vineyard Vines is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to drive sales and lead a team on the sales floor. You will coach Crew, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and collaborate with store leadership on daily operations to deliver the brand experience.

The role emphasizes leadership in a busy retail environment, a strong commitment to customer service, and weekend availability to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Proven track record in driving sales.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Charismatic, professional, and team-focused.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet or exceed store financial goals.
• Host the party and communicate Vineyard Vines core values to customers.
• Model and reinforce core values (Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork, Fun).
• Execute door-to-floor process from receiving shipments to setting floor with inventory.
• Coach and onboard Crew on product, presentation and process.
• Open and close the store.
