Qualifications

• High School completion or GED required.
• Proven experience in retail management (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and solution orientation.
• Able to work in a fragrance-filled environment and flexible hours.
