PacSun in Farmington, CT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering a customer-focused, sales-driven shopping experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure policies and visual standards are executed to maximize profitability and growth.

This part-time role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays. You will help manage daily operations, maintain inventory flow, and foster a positive team environment aligned with PacSun branding

• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.
