PacSun Danbury Fair is seeking a Sales Associate to drive sales through passion for product, brands, fashion and trends while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work with the leadership team on initiatives and ensure visual standards are met across the store.

The role is part-time, with flexibility to work weekends and peak periods. A positive team member with strong communication and math skills will thrive in this environment and help maintain PacSun’s fashion image.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience with all customers.
• Focuses on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions.
• Handles customer situations in policy, procedures, and escalated issues with leadership collaboration.
• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Executes visual directives and maintains visual standards as directed by management.
• Supports high standards of organization and cleanliness to maximize customer experience.
• Complies with all company policies and loss prevention guidelines.
• Shares customer feedback with leadership to improve experience.
• Participates in store contests and events; supports sales and operational goals.
• Supports digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.
