Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store environment.
• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and KPI execution.
• Ensure policy compliance and safe, organized store conditions.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve customer experience.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Support and delegate tasks to meet operational needs.
