Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Washington to support the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven operation. You will motivate the team, ensure policy compliance, and help achieve KPIs while maintaining the brand’s style and standards.

This role requires a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach associates in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time hours and weekend flexibility are expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, authentic customer experience with all guests.
• Inspect and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store and stockroom.
• Lead floor operations and cover non-peak periods as needed.
• Coach Sales Associates and provide performance feedback.
• Support execution of visual standards and company directives.
• Assist Store Manager to drive sales and KPIs.
