Job summary

Claire's in Kansas City is seeking a Part-Time Manager to drive sales, supervise store operations, and create an energetic, fashion-forward shopping environment for customers.

You will lead a team, train staff on customer service and piercing services, maintain displays, manage inventory and cash, and promote Claire's latest trends. Prior retail leadership and HS completion preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
• Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales.
• Completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
• Able to stand during shifts and lift 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Able to bend, stoop, extend reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while merchandising.
• Passionate about fashion and helping customers express themselves.
• Strong communication and teamwork values.
