Responsibilities

• Create a high-energy store experience and coach staff.
• Resolve consumer concerns per policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Train new hires on Levi's culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention and store programs.
• Handle cash, shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment while following store policy.
• Supervise store team in the absence of another manager.
