Job summary

The role requires supervising experience in apparel retail, a proven sales track record, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Travel to other store locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel or similar volume retail.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel to other store locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model to team members for the customer experience.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Create a positive work environment with a professional attitude.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and support supervisor functions in the Store Manager's absence.
