Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions
• Organize and move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines
• Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
• Maintain a positive, safe environment with professional interactions
• Ensure store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash
• Other duties as assigned
