Job summary

vineyard vines is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder at Short Pump Town Center in Richmond, VA. The role supports store leadership, drives sales, and delivers the brand’s “good life” customer experience on the sales floor.

You will coach and mentor the team, open and close the store, and focus on achieving store goals while upholding the company values of Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork and Fun. Weekend availability and 20–30 hours per week apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership, or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Charismatic personality and a love for the vineyard vines brand and community
• Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Has experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team
• Team focused, confident and professional
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet/exceed store goals while creating memorable, lasting impressions with our customers
• Host the party and communicate vineyard vines core values to our customers through our team

• Execute the fundamentals of the “door to floor” concept from receiving shipments to setting the floor with new inventory
• Focus on people development through coaching, training and onboarding for current and new Crew
• Responsible for opening and closing the store

• Contributes to vision and strategy while maintaining balance
