Job summary

vineyard vines is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to join our retail team in the Town of Monroe, NY area. You will support store leadership, coach and develop Crew, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while helping drive store performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a customer-first mentality, with responsibilities from opening/closing to ongoing staff training and development. Weekend availability is required and hours range around 20-30 per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Charismatic personality with love for the vineyard vines brand and community.
• Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet/exceed store financial goals by creating memorable customer experiences.
• Host the party and communicate vineyard vines core values to customers and team.
• Demonstrate core values: Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork and Fun.
• Execute the 'door to floor' process from receiving shipments to stocking floor inventory.
