Responsibilities

• Oversee piercing services with training, maintain sterile environment and educate on aftercare.
• Keep store fresh with engaging displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Motivate team, share sales tips, and maintain a positive high-energy store culture.
• Represent the Claire's brand, suggest products and stay current with fashion trends.
• Oversee operations: cash handling, merchandising, promotions, and store processes.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's moments on social media.
