Claire’s is seeking a Part-Time Manager in Maple Grove, MN to lead a fast-paced retail team. You will drive sales, supervise piercing services, ensure a clean, inviting store, and coach employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll promote products, manage inventory and visuals, and coordinate promotions while upholding Claire’s values of teamwork and self-expression. Prior retail leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to stand, lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication.
• Willingness to train and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by delivering customer experiences and promoting promos.
• Lead piercing training and educate customers on aftercare.
• Maintain attractive store displays and organized inventory.
• Motivate the team and share sales tips to keep energy high.
