Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Mathematics skills for inventory, sales analysis and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and hyping up promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, and maintain a sterile environment.
