Job summary

Claire’s is seeking a part-time store manager in the Richmond, VA area to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will lead a team, train staff on selling techniques, and ensure store presentation and operations reflect Claire’s fun, fashion-forward brand.

You will manage inventory, handle cash, and promote promotions while staying ahead of trends and maintaining a welcoming, energetic store atmosphere for customers and coworkers alike.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Some high school completed.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
• Strong communication and teamwork to lead a busy store.
