Baseball Lifestyle 101 in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in overseeing store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

In this role you will supervise staff, manage inventory, open and close the store, delegate tasks, and ensure safety standards while delivering excellent service. Open availability as schedule; pay $18.00 per hour at Grapevine Mills Mall.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling, registers, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decisions.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment focused on customer service.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open and close assigned retail location(s).
• Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
• Maintain backstock in a neat, clean and organized manner.
• Delegate responsibilities to retail associates during scheduled shifts.
• Supervise, train, and guide staff towards maximum performance.
• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displaysEnsure the store fulfills all safety guidelines, including securely opening and closing the retail location based on standard procedure
• Complete opening and closing store checklists.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned
