Baseball Lifestyle 101 is seeking a Part Time Key Holder at Grapevine Mills Mall to support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in overseeing store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

The role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the store meets company standards on a part-time basis. The position emphasizes reliable opening/closing procedures and positive team leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively manage cash handling, cash registers, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Open and close assigned retail location(s).
• Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities in the absence of the Manager.
• Maintain backstock in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
• Delegate responsibilities to retail associates during shifts.
• Supervise, train, and guide staff towards maximum performance.
• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
• Inspect areas in the store and resolve issues that arise.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotions or displays.
• Ensure safety guidelines and standard procedures are followed during opening/closing.
• Complete opening and closing store checklists.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
