Job summary

Beyond Yoga is seeking a Store Supervisor for the City Centre location in Houston. This part-time role will lead the store team, execute strategies to exceed sales goals, and deliver an elevated customer experience rooted in brand values.

You will manage operations, merchandising, and community engagement while coaching the team to uphold service standards and product knowledge. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in apparel or activewear.
• Proven ability to manage teams and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals and improve KPI's (conversion, UPT, and average transaction).
• Provide hospitality-driven customer experience and community building.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and daily operations.
• Support schedule optimization, labor productivity, store performance and P&L.
• Onboard and train a high-performing, diverse talent.
