Job summary

Brooks Brothers in Leawood, KS is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team in delivering a top-tier customer experience and achieving sales goals. You will help run store operations, train and mentor associates, and maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.

The role requires a proactive, energetic team player with a track record of delivering results and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel or similar retail volume is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and customer service metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model to team members for the customer experience.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Create a great work environment with a positive, professional attitude.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and assist in supervisor duties when Store Manager is absent.
