Job summary

Reebok is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences on assigned shifts. You will lead the sales team, maintain store standards, handle operations, and promote campaigns while fostering a positive, high-energy environment.

The role requires customer service excellence, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience required; leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for athletic footwear, apparel, and the Reebok brand.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math, cash handling, and computer skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Drive sales through active selling, product knowledge, and effective customer engagement.
• Coach associates on selling behaviors, including building customer relationships, increasing UPT, improving ADS, and driving conversion.
• Promote current marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Supervise the sales floor during assigned shifts and motivate/coaching teams.
• Provide real-time feedback to improve selling skills and customer service.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Maintain store standards and compliance, including cash handling and visual merchandising.
