Job summary

Pacific Sunwear Stores LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for PacSun Soho in New York City to help lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store. You will partner with the Store Manager to motivate the team, drive store KPIs, and ensure we deliver an engaging shopping experience.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and a proactive approach to coaching, with a high school diploma preferred. This is a part-time position with flexible weekend and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven store location.
• Inspire and motivate team by exemplifying core value behaviors and customer-focused selling culture.
• Ensure execution of store KPIs and policy compliance by all team members.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Sales Associates and recognize outstanding performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom, promoting safety and a positive customer experience.
• Support visual directives and maintain brand standards throughout the store.
• Manage tasks and delegate to meet operational needs; cover floor supervisor duties during non-peak periods.
• Support and participate in scheduling to meet weekend and holiday needs.
