Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail experience, strong communication, and cash-handling skills, with the ability to lift 25 pounds. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are offered in this fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Previous key holder or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and operate a cash register.

Mansioni

• Assist in opening and closing the store in accordance with company policies.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in merchandising and visual presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service that promotes satisfaction and loyalty.
• Help train and mentor new team members in store operations and customer service.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Actively engage in sales goals and contribute to meeting those targets.
