Qualifications

• Dependable, self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify tasks needing attention.
• Willingness to perform a variety of cleaning, maintenance and physical tasks.
• Ability to prioritize work and respond to immediate facility or safety needs.
• Comfortable around customers and employees with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store including restrooms and floors.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, dust and wash as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling and maintain waste areas.
• Handle spills promptly to prevent safety or sanitation concerns.
• Maintain exterior spaces including entrances, sidewalks and parking areas.
• Assist with seasonal exterior maintenance such as snow/ice removal.
• Monitor facility for maintenance issues and report them.
• Perform basic upkeep and minor maintenance tasks in scope of this role.
• Assist with changing light bulbs and moving equipment as needed.
• Keep storage and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Support departments with facility-related needs and special projects.
